When will my Order Arrive?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to twelve full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Items that are shipped via a freight trucking company arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse due to their size and weight. Most oversized items shipped via freight trucking company leave the warehouse within seven full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

What if my bat breaks?
Once the packaging is removed from you new bat, our return policy is voided. Returns for used bats are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Standard manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. Per discretion of the manufacturer the warranty may be found void if the bat is abused or altered in any way.

How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?
Returns are usually processed within 1-5 business days after they arrive at our location.
