Return Policy

Returning New Items
All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products we provide. However, occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons. We have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.

Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.*

There are no returns allowed on customized items.

Returning Defective Items
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 10 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 10 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.

Returning an Oversized Item
Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 70 pounds. You will be refunded shipping charges on Oversized Item returns if the item arrives defective or damaged or if the return is a result of a shipping error. You will not be refunded shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to buyer remorse. Please be aware that shipping charges can be expensive for Oversized Items.

Return Exceptions
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items appear below.

Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles
All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact Customer Service.

BACKORDER POLICY
An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.

STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
All orders from Sports Outlet are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.).

You can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional Amount onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we receive your order before 4 p.m. (EST). * Only applies to in stock items*

Bat Warranty Statement

Once the packaging is removed from you new bat, our return policy is voided. Returns for used bats are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Standard manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. Per discretion of the manufacturer the warranty may be found void if the bat is abused or altered in any way
